Bringing the crunch to Ashburton
Crunch Republic first opened in Christchurch in 2013 with one simple mission:
Serve ridiculously good Korean fried chicken.
Every piece is marinated, coated and double-fried to create the crispy texture we're known for. We then finish it with one of our signature sauces, made to keep you coming back for more.
